Deposit:
All bookings require a deposit of 50% to confirm and secure the reservation.
Balance Outstanding:
The outstanding balance for self-catering bookings must be settled 10 days before arrival. Please ask for bank transfer details (credit card payment is simpler for overseas guests).
Bed-and-Breakfast bookings will be settled on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior to arrival, a 10% administration fee will be charged to cover banking and handling charges.
Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is retained.

Christmas Season Bookings are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival will incur a 10% admin charge, while cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit half of the deposit.
