Cancellation Policy:
Prior to three weeks, 10% admin charge to cover banking and handling charges
Three weeks prior to arrival date 25% due
Two weeks prior to arrival date 50% due
One week prior to arrival date 100% due

Christmas season bookings are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations up to 60 days prior 25% due, and 10% admin charge prior to 60 days.

Arrival time: After 3pm
Departure time: By 11am

Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival if possible and let us know of any special requests or any dietary requirements (if you're eating with us).
Rooms are non-smoking and unfortunately no pets are allowed.
